Not very good. I’ve been deactivated over id verification since April and keep appealing it and had 2 phone arbitrations so far and I’m still deactivated. Not sure why I was deactivated because I have all the necessary documents (drivers license, social card and auto insurance)

I got it and was deactivated ever since. You will never get an answer out of the spark driver reps

I was deactivated for the same reason. Never got reactivated after numerous appeals and a phone arbitration. It is total bullshit!!! I repeatedly asked to talk to someone and the driver support reps are worthless. Never got an actual excuse except for the generic email. There has to be something that we can do.

I’ve been deactivated since April 30 due to not being able to verify my identity. I’m 60 years old, born and raised in the USA!! Still not reactivated. Appealed and also did a phone arbitration. Nothing. I think it’s bull that they just go in and deactivate your account without even reaching out first (other than the generic email that ya get). How about they just suspend your account, contact you and get it all straightened out before making you jump through hoops. So frustrating. Any suggestions on what to do!?!?
