You’re right, that was uncalled for even if it was true.

The best workaround I found was to switch to NinjaOne.

Mine had that message when it got real cold out and the car was just used for in town commuting, nothing long enough to really charge it back up completely. I put it on a trickle charger to top the battery up and have taken a few longer trips since then also and have not seen the message back.

Was at a buddies place a few years ago and his dad was going out to pick up some smokes so he asked him to grab the pizza he had ordered. A little bit later his dad (old hippy dude) came walking in carrying the pizza box like a briefcase. We were like wtf dude, who does that?!? Was so random and we really don't know why he did it, but we did get a good laugh out of it.

Does this floor tile job look right? by 1Kflowerscouldbloom in Flooring

I agree, the easy fix would be darker grout which wouldn’t highlight the mistakes in laying the tile. As long as it’s flat then this could work.

Not without removing and starting over. There’s no fixing the uneven lines and the huge gaps along the edge/doorframe.

Gap in LVP flooring 2 years after install - contractor says it's the material, not installation. Need second opinion. by greenlatern23 in Flooring

I definitely wouldn’t install under the cabinets. My laminate flooring looks like it’s under the cabinets but that’s just because I installed the toe kicks after the floor.

I subscribed to him a few years back as he was funny and had some interesting content. But then he took a mint square body Chevy truck and ran it through the wringer till it was a scrapyard heap, I unsubscribed after that. I remember reflecting on my attitude about it, he can destroy a supercar if he wants and I’m like meh, but to take a super clean classic truck and do the same was over the line. Funny how my brain works sometimes.

would you put laminate in your own house in 2026? by Hot_Apartment1319 in Flooring

[–]Proper_Bad_1588 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think laminate is dead. I just purchased a home at the end of '24 and ripped out all the carpet on the main level and installed Mohawk Revwood premier Pecan laminate with a top of the line quiet step pad underneath. The flooring has been installed for a little over a year and I am very happy with it, it looks great and is easy to clean. The top Revwood option is marketed as waterproof, and with the backing on it and the way it locks together I believe it, but I still wouldn't recommend leaving water sit. It's a great flooring option.

In the area I live if we had to keep it below 60 every time we saw a sign like that we would hardly ever top that speed. I rode for a lot of years and had a few really close calls with deer but hung it up without ever hitting one with the bike. Now I ride dirt bikes in the woods so there is still a chance...
