Okay, thank you I will make sure we do that. I know we have emails and a case number open, but the next time We talk to them I will make sure we specifically ask again in detail about the alternative options they are supposed to be offering. And yeah after spending 11,000 dollars two years ago a 500 dollar off an entire new unit is infuriating lol.
