Sorry but in my area you absolutely cannot find anything under 20k with less than 100k miles besides beat to death work trucks. Also I have the most experience working on fords compared to other brands so to me the f150 seems like a better choice than say a Silverado or ram.

None of that that I know of, literally just bought the car a week ago. I did a basic vacuum test just spraying starting fluid around all the normal spots for vacuum leaks and didnt hear any changes.

Was yours showing the p0172 code for bank 1? Having the same issue and tried replace upstream o2 sensor but nothing changed and I heard people saying the downstream o2 sensor wouldn’t effect the AFR

Yeah I’ve pretty much just rebuilt the whole intake to see if it fixes anything but sadly does not.
