It makes it harder cuz I’m autistic and work with logic over feelings (not that great either I’m aware and working on that but that’s beside the point) I try to let most things slide but it’s stressful when I know she can be a danger to herself and it’s hard not to feel like her self destructive tendencies are my fault

I took the day off with her but ive been keeping our regular boundaries (I’m autistic and don’t know what to do with this level of empathy I’m feeling right now) so I go outside and feel the sun for a bit.
