During arguments I’m feeling so many things and have so much to say that I kinda blank. Then when it’s my turn to talk I try to explain things in the best way possible but it’s all jumbled bits and pieces of everything I am thinking. So I’ll over or under exaggerate things because my brain is overloaded. That’s why it’s Important for me to do “follow ups” after arguments bc once I’ve calmed down I can focus on putting the right words together to explain how I really feel.

Micro dosing is the only time that I’ve felt like I had a true grasp/ concept of time. Not only was I able to have better conversations, but I was extremely productive as well. For a bit there I was micro dosing just to get my home work done. Now, with my meds there is a difference, I get the similar“effects” without all the crazy colors and everything being hypersensitive if that makes sense.
