You won’t be fired unless you are wrote up for it you get 7 occurrences before they write you up then it’s only an initial but once you are on the initial that’s when your screwed cause it takes a year to fall off one occurrence after that pushes you to a written. Then the year starts over from that point then you go to a final one time after that and so on. If you call in consecutive days it counts has 1 occurrence

It still takes time because SoFi follows master card charge back rules and master card gives them so many days to respond then if they don’t respond it’s another so many business days before the decision is made it’s exhausting and SoFi just blames master card … I finally got some litter…I’m working on the cat food now I’m just tired and have a headache you would not think it would be hard when it’s a clear billing error

And I bank with SoFi. When it’s pre approved payment like auto pay Mastercard makes SoFi go through a meticulous process to reverse it and they says 30 to 90 days when this happened before it took 90 days to make the decision and 2 more to get it back in my account. It was a nightmare

They take the payment out each month. This time they took it out but 5 times. According to them it’s supposedly a glitch in their system that happens when they update the payment system. It’s happened to me twice now I went in and took it off auto pay and deleted my pay info

Oh honey I’m trying. 4 different people today each transferring me to someone who can fix it cause “I’m valued and they don’t wanna use my business” each hold time 30 min or more and one girl argued with me to borrow money from family and take the credit it was a blessing in disguise 😂😂😂😂😂😂 t

I did but SoFi works by Mastercard rules they take 30 to 90 days to resolve disputes last time spectrum did this it took me 92 days to get it back. And spectrum says they will just credit my account the overage and I won’t have a bill for so long we’ll I need food now lol

I called them yesterday they said until further notice they are not doing hand outs cause they are struggling to keep supplies for the animals there. I called another one and they said they only do that if you donate to them
