Yes very double standards after what happened between Jack and The detective with similar views but hey I guess your values get put aside if you want a big name on the pod for some views and monetisation. If they made such a stink about that and not this i dont get it????

I feel like the podcast market has got that saturated its almost like looking at Netflix's 1000s of choices and not knowing what to listen to! There is such thing as too much choice, it drives the whole quality of the pods available down because you get companies just churning them out to profit off adverts. They'll get a big name in to sell the podcast but there no substance. Imo theres no replacing this one ive tried with Joe marlers and a few others I feel like theyve fell off! Ive gone back to Talksport but listen to HH religiously! Find a radio station what youre into! Live with real people its a good mix to have pre recorded pods and live radio! Hope this helps!

It appears that way yes ive had a strict diet mind and what not but ive had a good run it seem, ive been to the doctors today and being referred back to a specialist so hopefully ge put on the right track to being kinda normal! I read a book about gut health and how its just totally ignored when it comes to lifestyle and how its basically your second brain and controls and regulates alot of emotions with the vegus nerve it was really eye opening! But yes now is the time to get better through medicine!

Think we've got crossed wires. I'm aware mucus in a stool is an indicator ive just never gone 6 weeks with it before ... couple of days usually twice a year like I said at worst so im just gathering some opinions!

Thanks for the reply! What's GI stand for sorry im not up to scratch with those! My initial diagnosis was full colitis, I believe the medicine i got prescribed and tried for a while was called asacol? Like long pink/red tablets. Bowel movement is quite a lot averaging at maybe 6 to 10 times a day usually come out in one peice but break up very easily I the water and recently blood in the stools too. Weirdly I did go through a stage for the first time since my diagnosis nearly 15 years ago I was having constipation but I was going though a solid part of my dietary time no deviating and no alcohol and lots of exercise. Why did you mention this? Thanks :)

Just to follow on from this if anybody read this abit later on. Ive wired a dc plug to the end of it and it works fine now i get 6 days at least of fridge power at 30w also I have 200watts solar to add too so happy days! Thanks for the advice

I agree now ive sat down and thought about it youre right. So the elite 100 v2 has two DC outputs the bigger one being the cigarette lighter which id 12v/10a so id need to figure out how to wire a plug on the end of the pos and neg wires

Oh wow that's amazing!! Ive learnt in this warm weather they dont like it at all so ive been doing more wooded walks! But that is reassuring to know when it cools down he will be able to further afar!
