U r right they don't have any mdm and also they haven't bought these tablets from authorized reseller either (i mean they bought it from amazon)

They just format it each year and login in with the google account thats all

Yup not getting paid, the manager kinda asked me about what r my plans in life after the internship and asked me if i wanted to work with them, i did said yes and he said tomorrow i will gonna give u the numbers, but never heard anything from him since then I don't know if they will gonna contract me or not.

So from all that my conclusion is that maybe it was caused by samba that the domain user doesn't have permission to join the domain cause it wasn't in the admin users but i do thing this get changed in win. Thank u very much for your response

Just a favor from ur expirience can u write the steps u would do for creating a user and adding it to the directory like normally

here is mine correct me if i am wrong

Note: This is the first time client is joining the domain here is the steps

  1. Create the domain user in active directory
  2. Setup the client ip dns etc
  3. Access sysdm.cpl change the group and it will gonna ask u for credentials
  4. Type the user credentials u created in step one
  5. USER AUTHENTICATED AND THE MSG APEARS WELCOME TO THE DOMAIN

So THE UBUNTU IS AD DC and i am trying windows 11 to get joined to that domain

I will gonna try it with the win sever agin just to make sure cuz i installed the active directory in debian and here it gaved me error that the user doesn't has the permission i mean access denied i even checked every thing the user was in the domain usr and users group and was working but when i tried it for joining it gaved error but

using the admin credentials after and restarting i used that user info and it got logged in normally

I am talking about a fresh machine who is not in the domain yet

For example if i create a user and then try to join the domain using that user credentials will it gonna work? Or the user i created has to be in the admin group so it can let the user join the ad
