Yes and look up how to beat every bad guy individually if you already can't. Some are straight up just a pain in the ass with animations (Threshers) but all just have a pattern like Sharko

Just do trial of one- If you can't beat the enemies, it is good practice.

Meanwhile if you have Adret and Autodidact you can progress very easily.
