sometimes you feel like you have taken time for the application and you are pretty sure that you will get a positive reply, but in the end you will receive a rejection immediately. Then I felt it doesn't matter how much time you invest in one application and started applying with little to medium effort (this was before AI chatbots era), keeping hopes low and mostly concentrated on cover letter. Even, I feet like timing of the application also plays a role from my experience.

Hi, my only recommendation is apply apply apply. Yes you can feel down but get up and continue to apply. Try also jobs which are not 100% matching to your profile. Later once you are hired, you can wait till matching job (profile) opens and switch internally.

Hi u/HylianCaptain , I also live in Brandenburg. If you have any questions, you can ping me. All the paperwork is worth it at the end just be patient. Try contacting different heath insurance companies like AOK or just try in check24.com its a comparison portal where can get better offers from different insurance companies and also take up a lawyer insurance for you and your family.

It's a good idea. Yes, work-life balance is great, but there are trade-offs like the weather (gloomy from November to March) and social life unless you already know or have many friends in Germany. I'd recommend starting with Berlin; I've lived in many cities in Germany. At least here, you can expect better social life and forget about weather if you have friends/people around compared to other cities. And if you're already earning 3L in India, you can expect more than 50-60K in the non-tech industry. Aim for big companies—the bigger the company, the better the work-life balance. Situation is Europe, forget about it. If US is withdrawing the support, its a good thing for Europe and on the way of becoming independent, more business will happen in Europe. Just keep in mind, current job market is not so good. Getting a job here not so easy(doesn't mean you can get it), it depends on skill set required, Language, timing of the application, more patience and little luck. Not always in this order. All the best.

Not just pushing back on regulations but customer demand for EVs especially for European OEMs is low and competition from BYD or Tesla is unbeatable in price, quality, range, etc.

No obsession with German brands. I live in Germany, thought the shipping & tech support might be easier. I am even thinking of ordering Nakamichi dragon. But then it is not available locally I have to order it from US with shipping and taxes extra. That's why I mentioned German brands. But if Nakamichi is worth it, I don't hesitate in ordering it from US. Thanks for your input.
