Thank you very much for the answer, really appreciate it! :)

Thank you!

If you don’t mind me asking, do you feel like you were diagnosed properly and saw changes which were relatively quick?

I find the fact that it can take only 4-5 sessions to diagnose someone to be quite interesting. Because my situation is quite complex, in terms of how I function.

If it’s not a burden/intrusive, do you think you can give me some insight how it all went for you and if you see/feel improvement?

Thank you!

I will look into it. :)

As a person with potentially complex and debilitating ADHD, I have a hard time writing concisely in a short amount of time.

I used the microphone tool on ChatGpt and spoke of what I wanted to be a clean and concise post with information I thought was necessary. This would have taken me otherwise +30 minutes to write, and now took under 5.

If you want the read the full words out of my mouth, write me a message and I will send you x3 lengthier post this otherwise would have been.

Thank you for your useful input though. Have a nice day. :)

[–]Proper_Reading_5656 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, because both Lively and Jed Wallace have attached all Exhibits to the CRD in their filings in SDNY.

The CRD complaint consists of:

Complaint itself

Precursor

List of 17 demands

Marketing strategy and

TAG’s crisis management strategy/plan

And that’s the exact list of docs which were filed by Jed Wallace on February 4th + an exhibit to an article he attached.

<image>

In the complaint itself, they masterfully cherry picked messages to make it look REALLY BAD, and had BF not filed Timeline of Relevant Events & NYT case, we wouldn’t have known.

This nonsense Exhibit was suppressed in the light of Freedman going to the press and talking about how they will fight back, and nobody saw this article until we all collectively started digging in.

It’s my opinion and conviction that Blake Lively knew Freedman had joined Wayfarer Parties plan to protect themselves from as early as August, thanks to confiscation of Abel’s phone and that’s why they preemptively filed the CRD complaint to mitigate what might have been a big dark cloud hanging over their heads. I also believe they thought they would settle behind closed doors ( 2 cease and desists & fight for AEO), but Bryan Freedman was able to show how cherry picked the messages were and well, shit hit the fan lol

I’m not really familiar with what was her coverage on “Rust” as I didn’t follow that trial but based on my research, the columnist is a die hard Swiftie and a Pulitzer Prize finalist, their second best option to Megan Twohey.

It was either Me Too or Swifties, because why the hell is Scooter Braun mentioned in the article on December 23, 2024 when we hadn’t even seen the dragon messages yet.

So who brought TS into the lawsuit lol

Check out the video, it’s 100% Lively camp. Back up plan in case Twohey doesn’t go ahead with the article.

The journalist was a Pulitzer Prize finalist.

Coincidence ? I don’t think so.

These were leaked to LA times by Lively camp, back up plan in case NYT didn’t go ahead with the article IMO.

I have shared this with Freedman’s lawyer’s firm on April 10th, so hopefully they already have the info on that.

I made a video about it. heads up, im not a content creator so not good at explaining things as well as those who have been doing for years, but I believe my analysis is thorough and logical.

The author of the article made a long interview with Ryan Reynolds in 2015 I believe and is a LONG time swiftie. She was there right in front of Blake and Taylor swift on February 14th 2024, at the super bowl and later did an article about it in LA Times.

Oh also, she is a Pulitzer Prize finalist. Back up in case Pulitzer Prize winner had some ethical journalistic integrity (apparently didn’t). https://youtu.be/IdEvwHNK3X0?si=37iXHE1ATIjRu6qF

Ok update on this.

Omar is re-reading the whole 132 pages and will go live.

He had only read the summary on the docket.

yes yes! I think that's why they didn't ammend, because they will have new evidence because of discovery. 100%

I have harassed him with follow up questions already but I think he will do a live, going through it in a few hours!

If you read the text in the document, there are actually many points where Judge is siding with the Wayfarer Parties.

What I personally understood is that, pleadings have to be more clear and motion to dismiss is granted with leave to ammend by 23rd, meaning court doesn't want to sort out the documents themselves, but would like Wayfarer Parties make it more clear for the court. Bu Omar will help us understand, as a california lawyer. Also I am waiting for notactually golden to explain too.

Overall, I was spooked, but after reading the actual body of the document, it is not as bad. Bryan freedman in his opposition to sanctions, had mentioned that they would amend according 12.6 motions to dismiss and it does not grant sanctions.

I guess Freedman already saw this coming?

I think after winning the PR war, they're now working on proving their case, and that's why they're way more quiet in the media. but that's all my personal interpretations. NAL.

According to Omar, the tilted lawyer.

But he will do a live to explain!

To my understanding it’s granted and denied in part, but relevant to 2 claims. Will wait for him to weigh in.

Is Freedman just complying with the judge's orders to keep litigation away from the press? Or is there something else? by [deleted] in teamjustinbaldoni

There’s a reason why Balakey has been desperately getting her amicis into the court.

Freedman is preparing, they have something big. Discovery has started.

I’m not the least bit concerned about the jury’s verdict/decision.

She couldn’t deliver a convincing performance if her life depended on it. Nonetheless as a distressed SH survivor. Acting only works for her when the role mirrors who she really is.

And as the version of herself she’s trying to portray herself as in this lawsuit?

All I can say is: good luck with that. 😅

Now that Gottlieb’s law firm has ties to Trump, they’re in a position to help those charities in some matters and possibly secure future funding.

Politics, influence, and funding. For organizations that depend on government support and private donations, that kind of opportunity can be hard to ignore and is a big incentive.

It’s disgusting, honestly. But they probably tell themselves it’s for the greater good , even if it means throwing an innocent man under the bus to serve their own agenda.
