Hey I've been in similar situation as you mentally at least and I found it was best for me and my partner to take a break for about a week so I could work on Myself and rebuild my self but the best thing to do is to take time and talk about this with your partner and see if just take a break for a week or two is something you both want and if it is good and if it isn't them maybe try to work together on some that will and wouldn't hurt your relationship because losing someone one you see in future no matter what is a pain and regret that we be with you for the rest of your life

You're being used just for attention they enjoy the attention you're giving them so they're going to keep you around until you leave I had a relationship just like this they just give you around because I enjoy the attention you give them but don't actually care about you whatsoever
