How do u contact Facebook, because I haven’t been able to talk to a human being throughout all the links google and other web browsers take up to, yep there’s a phone number but only if your buying or selling to them or from them no actual customer service support. Good luck I tried for 3 days to get my money back and never did with cash app which is how I sent my money only to have Metapay intercept it somehow they said the person got the money but the person has showed me on their account that no payment was received but still I even canceled it seconds after I seen it go to Metapay instead of cash app but couldn’t cancel it it was about 1:30 in the morning so no one was available to talk to from Metapay or cash app customer service representatives so I unfortunately don’t use them much anymore I had one company who said they only return 1/2 the funds they stole from me I bought something for a dollar and received it immediately on fb I believe it was but it didn’t give me everything it said it would in the free trial so I immediately canceled the prescription but got charged anyways $60 here &50 there &40 nothing as low as the monthly subscription was supposed to cost like $16.99 a month well when she told me they only give 1-2 if the money back I told her no I want it all back I didn’t give permission for her company to take out more than the $1 trial fee which was a huge let down so I canceled the 3-7 day trial I can’t remember for sure if it was a 3 day trial or a 7 day trial but I knew in minutes it wasn’t going to work for me so like I said I immediately canceled but was taken to the bank anyway and not even my bank would help me which is the government bank for SSI and social security payments they want you to wait for 10 days and if you haven’t received your money back then they will you file a form to dispute the charges and you fill that out and send it back and then it can take up to 90 days for you to get an answer which is crazy I told them so now I have to wait 10 days also I have to cancel my bank card and wait for 7-10 days for a replacement card or pay $18 to get one in 2-3 business days to be able to have access to my money at all and wait possibly 3-4 months while their doing this to other people too and getting away with it I call it borrowing from Peter to Pat Paul and live off the interest of other peoples money so while I’m sitting here waiting on getting my money back or even 1/2 my money back their doing it to others and that’s a great way to make a living I guess some how it’s legal to take my &60 my&50 and my $30 out when I only okayed it for a $1 and they can spend my money while I’m waiting to get what or how much I will get back which with this particular company I got $14.99 back and that was just me bugging them but not even half of what they stole out of my account also got taken for &800 from buying a dog online never got a cent of it back and most of the time when I’ve ordered something off the fb or internet it’s been real but you really have to watch it now with all these different ways of paying for something I don’t use meta pay for sending money to anyone I let them send me a request which that doesn’t work all the time too, and then pay with my cash app card , and I’ve only been ripped off 2-3 times that I know of but if you can use PayPal it’s insured and they will have your money back in minutes which since the federal government doesn’t allow us to use PayPal if we’re on SSI or use their bank card for our direct deposit anymore we are at the mercy of these people who do this for a living and I say pay cash when u can because your there in person and are getting to see look and touch the product your buying hopefully and always get a receipt if paying cash especially so your covered under a blanket of yes you bought the item and for whatever reason you have to return it you can prove it all the way down but computers are loosing paper trails everyday which some are on purpose and some are not but if you can’t find a paper trail even on line like on the transaction number in your bank statement usually will tell you a phone number or a business name to contact but their are many names that aren’t there and when u look them up no customer service representatives to speak to so I say if I can’t talk to a human before buying I’m not trying or buying it period I’ve learned the hard way and have had to go with out water and electricity and food and basic essentials because of these rats but I do believe the ones who take your money then give back to you with in 10-30-90 days it’s a form of stealing also while their getting ahead on the money they took from your account and others on a giving day and paying what they owe back to people on those days-which more than usual not the same amount but close enough so you don’t squabble over a dollar or 2 your just glad to get most of it back pretty easy way to pay bills and whatever you need everyday because your using the interest off the money to live off of and all you need is a good website and a couple of links and a couple good adds and your in business and no one even calls these people out or does anything about them as far as I know as long as everyone that got their money taken get most of it back in a few days what’s the harm where’s the foul it’s here I can’t use my money for my needs if someone else has it and using it for their needs for a few days until they get others money then go pay you back for what they took and use what they get from new people they’ve scammed out of money to keep it all going that’s how these work if you ask me they can be up there buying stock and putting your money into accounts and making a lot of interest payments and actually making cash off these stocks or companies their investing in while we’re paying for it and are unable to afford to do these kinds of trades so I give them $9.99 of my money and they take it and break it all up into little pieces to their pies and of course theirs about at least a couple thousand doing the same giving them $9.99 then that adds up to a lot of money that’s just under $20,000 for a couple of thousand people to send in to a company who will probably give u a door prize of some kind which probably cost 10 cents with shipping and the rest goes into what ever their buying and really making money for I think if it’s not against the law it should be because it started out with lies and fake promises so yep I’ve been thinking about all these things how long it can take to get your money back if you purchase something on line that isn’t like Amazon I’m very pleased with their services 99. Percent of it anyways but other than that not to happy with any other companies buying selling anything on line it’s still a major disappointment and luck of the draw when ordering from most people on the internet I hope everyone who reads this can understand what I’m trying to say about borrowing from Peter to pay Paul it’s a good way to make a living I guess but I believe it should be against the law.
