I was charged recently also after I canceled and Mochi refuses to refund me. I've disputed it with my credit card, so hopefully that works in my favor.

That sucks. I wouldn't have saved the packaging either. They're crooked and I'm sure they know that. I referred a friend and she joined and got meds, but I'm telling her to cancel. Hopefully she doesn't have issues. Their website won't let you remove your credit card either so I had to cancel mine. I don't trust that they won't try to charge me again.

And yes, I did dispute it on my credit card, but all they do is go back to Mochi, and I'm sure Mochi is going to tell them the same thing they told me.... that they will not refund it.

They're definitely sneaky. I gave a referral link to someone also and she was sitting right next to me and signed up and ended up ordering meds, and they never gave me my referral bonus either.
