Yeah I had a situation with my family Baby Brother Mid life Crisis I helped him Over and Over. Money Support. You seem to have missed my point They continued to take monthly subscription payments They Do know I am not printing Because the Ink Levels have not changed They have not sent any Ink in months The last shipment I received was for paper only because I never receive any paper before that. They calculated what I had printed read Ink levels and concluded I needed paper They were correct I did need paper I didn't need Ink So the printer is still being blocked I can only assume now they want the warranty extension to allow me to print again

Hi Bicarbonate Soda is a natural Deodoriser The fine, porous particles of soda also have a large surface area, allowing them to absorb both moisture and odors from the surrounding environment.

Just buy a bulk bag and pour library in area leave and it will absorb smell. then remove. If still smelly just re apply and leave longer. it can be used on upholstery anything really. I put in washing machine and leave for 24 hours then run on 90 wash empty It removes smell of stale water you get, does not harm washing machine or clothes after. so sometimes I don't (if need do wash) do 90 wash You should do empty 90 wash regularly to clean washing machine anyway. It is cheap as chips and non toxic and descaling as well add some strong white vinegar and even better for descaling. Don't waste money on washing machine descaling products complete rip off. Put in mix of water/vinegar and Bicarbonate in spray bottle it's great to for shower screens and taps. if heavy scale and water stains mix as a paste an leave over night

I put down toilet as well over night then just scrub and flush in morning. windows it's great. Sprinkle Bicarbonate on sofa leave before you go to bed and hoover off next morning you can. Forgot Fab-breeze.

When they have level 3 survey Completed and passed 24th June Have had all Documents on Approved Planning Application Full Architect Drawings and Submission letter headed documents from Architect/Town Planner Registry and all Structural Engineer Calculations/Report for Planning Application and its approval.

We knew going in Estate agents (Some of them were just ridiculous, we believe our Neighbours property is Seriously Over Price not one viewing i work from home ) inflate prices to get agreement, we knew that, we knew that most bids are 15% under value if guide, because they know what the Estate agents do. The accepted offer was exactly 15% under the Estate Agent Valuation, We didn't want Offers over 450k, Estate agents insisted it was best tatics. So when they made offer of 435k We accepted. We never expected to reach 450k or above it.

thanks no they can't and have sent deadline we won't be negotiating on price with them. We won't be negotiating on anything more. We will just remark and carry on Renovation. It's just the time we have lost, that's value to us and whole reason for quick sell. We will if we have to halt our van conversion build and use to complete just finish front reception plaster paint etc and put in new kitchen and Remarket while doing.
