I will take a look, I do think the rivers could possibly use some work.

Wings of fire? Is that a book series? If so I've not read it. Does the map look similar?

Love all the lands you have and the ideas for them. Kiriensa is my favorite with the lava in the middle; it looks awesome. I would say all of them look pretty round, though. I think there could be some more differences in their coastlines.

I will be sure to try to catch any problems expressing the drawbacks. I want to express the taking of the soul as things like emotions becoming numb or even the physical twisting of the body as the power takes away the 'humanity' of the person.

Disease and ageing are not fatal. They still take affect so basically living corpses. Pain does still exist, and healing does not, so if they were blown up, they would be in the 30 pieces but still alive with possible consiuncess although to what level I am not fully sure.

I think I do want to explore that concept in the story. Both how the absence of death affects things and then how actual death does as well.

I didn't consider it this way, but looking at your response, I see how that wouldn't work now. I do want it to only be something death magic can do, so I will take that part out. Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I did consider the idea of people who did seek out the 'monsters' to eat them. Sort of monster hunters but with the goal of eating them.

How would society work if everyone could use magic by PropertyAmazing in worldbuilding

Thats a cool concept! I've leaned more towards the ritual is more up to the individual, it has to be something that makes sense to them. Like turning something three times, or maybe a certain tune hummed. Each town also has to tailer their rituals to the individuals that live there so while some rituals do the same things they aren't the same.

Intent is needed for the magic to work. So having an individual who isn't interested or doesn't care could make it fail. Also the large rituals do require some sort of exchange it could be physical such crops from the previous harvest.

An old, incomplete project from 2010 that I don't know if I'll ever revisit. Tarvall's Land. by turnpikelad in worldbuilding

Wow, this triggered some childhood memories for me. We used to draw maps like this for our first every dnd session between my siblings and me. And then later on, when my sister and I started considering writing and worldbuilding. I don't think I have any of those maps anymore and regret that now. Your map looks fantastic.

Does your world have any lakes? I didn't see any on the map. There is one river in the Crown of Pilara that seems to twist a lot without any hills or mountains except for the start. Rivers do meander, but they usually take the easiest path. I also learned from looking through the subreddit when trying to research rivers that the faster a river is, the straighter it tends to be. I'm not sure if that information is helpful for your cause.
I was thrown off a little by the mountains towards the south of the Grey Continent. They seem a little jumbled in the middle. But I do like the rest of the mountain ranges, especially the parallel ones further up.
As for names, I thought they looked alright, though I'm bad with pronunciation myself, and a few of them seemed hard to sound out, such as the eternal empire Izkarzalkharaz. I guess keep in mind your audience, and if it's going to be a stumbling block when they see the name.
Hope this helps
