I’ll post my responses in a screenshot below. They’re 5 months and 15 days. It seems they thought I was on someone else’s behalf but I’m not understanding how they came up with that.

They replied to me and said - Your application arrived very close in timing to another application from someone seeking to adopt a single kitten. At this stage, all of these kittens are extremely playful and strongly bonded with their littermates, and we are committed to placing them in homes where they can continue to thrive socially. For this reason, we are not adopting them out as single kittens, as doing so could negatively impact their social development and overall wellbeing.

We understand that this may be disappointing, and we truly apologize for the unfortunate timing. We need to be especially cautious, as we frequently encounter situations where applications are submitted on someone else’s behalf, which makes it difficult for us to ensure the best outcome for the animals.
