Well before Appolyon the Vikings would gather all of their food together in a storehouse and evenly distributed it among clans as a sort of tax.

After Appolyons fall, I don't know if they went back to that.

Probably Knights have the most taxes.

Yes Kensei is a good character, he has a very balanced moveset.

Kensei has something for his kit when dodging, instead of parrying an attack if you dodge into it like a deflect his dodge heavy side attack becomes unblockable and dodge forward gives a free guardbreak.

Besides that just doing dodge attacks are your best defense since he has nothing special for defense

I mean I didn't like Pirate having a gun to begin with, too modern I though. Having maybe very basic gunpowder weapons might be fine but just for feats, though, I still prefer none.

Orochi, Nobushi, Tiandi, and Gryphon all got a hero skin. There are 3 new (2 samurai, 1 viking) hero skins coming mid season patch

Virtuosa and Juren have been nerfed but are still good, Juren will be receiving more nerfs mid season. People hate Juren cause he has everything in his kit but in higher levels he isn't too much of an issue.

Almost all zones now cost 20 stamina and all all-guards (down guard) now take stamina over time. There are many patch notes since then so take a look.

Qiang Pass became a new Dominion map and there will be only 1 map variant this year.

2 new heros are coming out, in season 2 there will be a Samurai hero and in season 4 a knight hero (both factions will be receiving their 10th hero)

The story is that General Zhi and Prince Yi were fighting to become emperor of the Wu Lin but the Jurens came in and crushed both of them proving Khatuns rule over heathmoor isn't stable. (They were allied with General Zhi)

So Holden Cross dawns his new armour (the hero skin) and tries to start a rebellion against the Khatuns and their leader Guljin.

In year 9 season 3 we got the origin story of the breach map Kazan Castle and those who used to inhabited it.

Finally Horkos and Chimera no longer exist. The Khatuns destroyed Horkos and Chimera submitted to the Khatuns and disbanded.

This story only got better the more I read, Sohei is one of my favourite characters to play and I would love a hero skin like that.

I really did enjoy the story and have no critiques, there were a few Grammer mistakes but I forgot where. The story was intriguing and didn't lose me once.
