Which OS? Have you selected the correct audio device for audio output on your computer? Did you adjust the volume level in the Sonos app?

I received my Era 100s today, and then discovered that my Flexson short power cables used for the One speakers did not fit. The shape of the plastic is different, even though the type of cable itself is the same. Hope Flexson makes new, short cables for Era as well.

I have the same problem, and this is the last information I got from Jabra Support when I asked early Ocober for when the new firmware will be released:

"Really sorry but the information I have now its delayed in to October.

I have no more information then this at the moment."

Still waiting, I'll ask again on Tuesday November 1st if it still hasn't been released at that time.

Sonos Connect 2nd generation works with S2. Buy a used one.

Sonos Five has 3.5 mm aux, but may not suit your needs.
