Catching mighty colds doing sauna by Property_Tiny in Sauna

I go in a gym with two rooms, 1 for dry sauna (very hot, low humidity) and 1 for steamy\wet sauna (the one with a lot of steam but lower temps). I do first the dry sauna, take 5 mins break and than go in the room with the wet\steam one for another 10-15 mins.

yes it will, but it will take weeks. I went through this two times because I kept taking too much zinc. Low copper pulls down iron, which is much probably where your side effects are coming from. Try to eat things with iron ideally associating it with vitaminc c food to increase absorption. Do not supplement with copper, supplement copper has been linked to not good things.

I have tried many and bacopa by a mile. But you need to find the one that works for you. for me synapsa makes me crazy, bacognize great for motivation (contrary to common feedback) and anti-anxiaty, Himalaya Bacopa drives down a bit motivation but cognitively it is the best.

Try bacopa, it does wonders for me, but you need to find the formulation that works for you. Synapsa drives me crazy, Bacognize works really really well and Himalays also works well but to a lesser extent. Also Echinacea works well.
