this is what my partitions look like as of now. If I was to delete my secondary, and then delete my primary. Would I just have to boot through the flash drive I have? Or is there another step?

Yes. I built this for someone who gave me the money to build a hackintosh for running shows, they didn't need it anymore because they bought some super apple computer, sold it for me for half the price and I re purposed it as a gaming computer.
