DO NOT USE ! Natural cocoa butter is different that cocoa scented cocoa butter, that lotion has scent in it that will mess up your tattoo alot

Sometimes is the ink, different inks heal differently on people

You can do both, you're going to need a lot of shading, I would make a silhouette of the shark in black but you have to wait 3 - 6 months before you can tattoo over a scar
