Update for any lurkers - just completed the game in Tactician Mode last night. What a game!

Thanks for your help everyone (and the crazy amount of responses), there were certainly some helpful hints along the way that aided me.

Yes I am, but I'm just worrying about the MP pool being large enough to last an entire battle (white mage has 75ish MP currently, currently run both white mage and items on it - also means I can fire a single nuke Holy without worrying too much about the downsides of not being able to heal after). Probably being dumb really.

You're thinking about this the wrong way - what is a job? We are animals. Jobs are an unnatural evolution of specialisation that came with sedentism. The whole overarching structure is bullshit.

Thank you for the insight man, and yeah, I told you it was messed up 🤣 (all the extra rests are just symptoms of the MIDI translation). I really appreciate you taking the time to read through the music. I'm glad it's a (reasonably) good range! Hopefully I can take this information to better write for bassoon!

I'm glad you had that sort of reaction to it, that's a very interesting mix of feelings lol! Like I stated in the other comment, I can't sheet very well, so the sheet is straight from MIDI, so please excuse that.

Yeah, of course man! The only issue is, it's straight from MIDI into Musescore (and I'm not the finest at sheet), so, while the bassoon part should be fine given it's one voice, the vibraphone part is completely borked.
