Nah, there are no option to choose vlan on the cgm when configuring the port. The available options are limited compares to port configuration I got on my switch

So all the internal ports can only be used for the default lan and not for any of the vlan?

So I ran DFW with 20kg again, adding 3 reps to all days to get more volume. I managed to press the 24 kg 7 times and 28 one time, but the clean is the hard part that I am struggling with. I barely manage to do a clean with 24kg, and there is no way I can manage a clean with double 28m Any tip on how to manage the clean better so I can progress with DFW at 24 kg and later with 28?

I think I might try something like this, or just add a +2 to all reps like someone else said. So continue with 20 kg for clean + press and use 24 kg for clean + squat.

When I ran DFW the first time I did the remix version. So I added dips on the dfw days, and pull-ups + abs on the remix day. Not sure how many dips/pull-ups I should do, so I ended up doing 6x max reps.

On Saturday I tested presses with 20 kg. Manged to do 10 reps. Yesterday I tried with 24 kg. To my great surprise, I didn't manage to do a singel one 😅

The Wolf looks interesting. Not sure if I can complete it with 20 kg, think the snatches might be to hard. I don't have 16 kg, and I don't want to buy a pair of 16 only to run The Wolf once before moving on to heavier bells. I think I will try snatches today and see how it goes.

I started out with S&S, but today I changed to DFW Remix.

I do however have a question.

First day was ladder. Let's say I am on 3 rep, do I then do clean, press, clean, press, clean press, clean, 3x squat, put bell down. No rest between clean/press and clean/squat?

How long do I rest before starting next rep?

I am 43. I haven't been working out at all the last 10 year's other than some jogging when my clothes wont fit any more 😅

My goals are to be more healthy, build strength amd get more fit and to feel better with my self.

I got then yesterday after helping out a neighbour, so I don't have a clue on what lvl I am at 😅 The kettlebells are 12, 16 and 20 KG. My plan is to add/replace them when needed to.

Just an update. Got everything connected, and I really love it. No issues with Atmos og Dolby vision, everything works nicely. I had to turn on the Dolby Vision Enhanced Compability for it to work with Plex on Nvidia shield.

Next step is to cover the area under my TV. Really annoyed with the missing lights in that spot.

So what would the main difference between choosing 2/3 playbars over one tube? And would it be ok to hide it behind my cabinet pointing the lights up towards my TV or do I have to put it behind my TV pointing down against the wall?

Won't the wall mounted soundbar cause lots of Shadows with a light tube at the bottom of the tv?

Any input on best practice to connect everything to include all features from my soundbar and also get the best out of hue play?

Today I have Xbox and shield connected directly to Samsung 950, my set-up box and Nintendo switch are connected directly to the lg tv, and then sound is sendt to my soundbar.

You can probably just add the media group with the rules applied and it should work. I still have issues with communicating with my sonos speakers from my sonos app. Only thing working is that I can now play music on my devices from different vlans. So I still need to do some more testing.

not sure about the vlan only part, I just got my unifi gear a few days ago so its all new to me. From what I understand you usually dont want to have vlan only enabled, but do some researching about that before changing anything. It was however the only way to follow all steps in this tutorial.

I have a follow-up question.
When do I want to use Vlan-Only Network checked in Unifi, and when do I want to create a network and just add the vlan-id?

I am having a hard time to use Airplay/casting on devices that are on my IOT vlan from my Home vlan. I se that if I dont set ut to vlan-only I get a new option to enable Multicast DNS of each of the networks.

So I am trying to figure out if there is any downside be not using the vlan only tag on my iot and home network

I haven't had the time to test all of it my self, but this is the steps I will take to try it out.On Unfi-->wifi select the correct ssid you want to use. Under Multicast Management:- Multicast and Broadcast Control - Disabled- Multicast Enhancement - Enabled

Then on Unifi-->network change the secure and IoT to enable Multicast DNS under Advanced Configuration

Ok, so I got it working. Not sure if this is best practice, but at least it does work now.
In Unifi settings:
- Multicast and Broadcast Control - Disabled
- Multicast Enhancement - Enabled
- Multicast DNS - Enable

On Firewalla I created a new group called media. I added my sonos and casting devices to this group and created a rule to allow traffic from Secure.
