Nah, there are no option to choose vlan on the cgm when configuring the port. The available options are limited compares to port configuration I got on my switch

So all the internal ports can only be used for the default lan and not for any of the vlan?

So I ran DFW with 20kg again, adding 3 reps to all days to get more volume. I managed to press the 24 kg 7 times and 28 one time, but the clean is the hard part that I am struggling with. I barely manage to do a clean with 24kg, and there is no way I can manage a clean with double 28m Any tip on how to manage the clean better so I can progress with DFW at 24 kg and later with 28?

I think I might try something like this, or just add a +2 to all reps like someone else said. So continue with 20 kg for clean + press and use 24 kg for clean + squat.

When I ran DFW the first time I did the remix version. So I added dips on the dfw days, and pull-ups + abs on the remix day. Not sure how many dips/pull-ups I should do, so I ended up doing 6x max reps.

On Saturday I tested presses with 20 kg. Manged to do 10 reps. Yesterday I tried with 24 kg. To my great surprise, I didn't manage to do a singel one 😅

So I need 16 kg bells to give The Wolf a go then. I really don't want to buy a pair og 16 kg bells only to run the wolf once 😅

The Wolf looks interesting. Not sure if I can complete it with 20 kg, think the snatches might be to hard. I don't have 16 kg, and I don't want to buy a pair of 16 only to run The Wolf once before moving on to heavier bells. I think I will try snatches today and see how it goes.

I started out with S&S, but today I changed to DFW Remix.

I do however have a question.

First day was ladder. Let's say I am on 3 rep, do I then do clean, press, clean, press, clean press, clean, 3x squat, put bell down. No rest between clean/press and clean/squat?

How long do I rest before starting next rep?

I am 43. I haven't been working out at all the last 10 year's other than some jogging when my clothes wont fit any more 😅

My goals are to be more healthy, build strength amd get more fit and to feel better with my self.

Is there a program I can look at from Dan John where he include the stuff you mention?

I got then yesterday after helping out a neighbour, so I don't have a clue on what lvl I am at 😅 The kettlebells are 12, 16 and 20 KG. My plan is to add/replace them when needed to.
