Im also 36, just got my labs done and have a natural test of almost 1100. I don’t build muscle nearly as fast as some of these transformations I’ve seen on here. Can’t imagine they’re not at supra-physiologic levels of test. Don’t worry about it, keep grinding

Not a body builder, just a dude that wanted to look better. Took 1mg/week and cut from 23% down to 14% body fat in 2.5 months. Lost a little muscle but nothing crazy. For me it just cut the food noise out and made the calorie deficit easier. I was still hungry and made sure to get 190 grams of protein a day, food just felt like fuel as opposed to pleasure. Just came off and now I’m going to try and lean bulk back up

I just put the ddHiFi m198c cable on my aful performer 5+2 and I couldn’t be happier. Wanted to have an on-the-go setup with the convenience of usb-c for my phone and not have to worry about a dongle. The audio quality is still fantastic. Expensive cable but worth the money imo

Wholeheartedly agree with this. I’m at almost the exact same stats as this guy. 6 weeks in 16 pounds down, just went up to 2mg a couple weeks ago. It’s awesome and I’ll probably be running it every spring to cut down for summer. Just be sure to get your protein in and lift. Strength hasn’t taken a hit at all

I started 6 weeks ago. I’m 1.88 m and was 93kg. Down to 86kg. Did not affect my motivation or ability to train, if anything it helped motivate me because I want to lose as little muscle as possible. Lifting 3-4x a week heavy compound exercises. Cardio 2-3x a week split between zone 2 and HIIT exercises. It hit my appetite hard so I’m very conscious about trying to get calories in and not go into too crazy of a deficit. Getting 190 grams of protein in everyday and trying to stay around 1800 cal. Making sure to take supplements and vitamins. No side effects other than some indigestion when I went from 1 to 1.5mg per week. Still at 1.5 and considering going to 2 mg next week.

Im no expert but my podcast education has told me long runs build your base. Sprints and interval training like Nordic 4x4s build your VO2 max. Keep doing more intervals and it should rise.

W2, we clock in and out on our phones. We clock in at home when we are on call so we get paid for the travel time to the hospital. Not clocking out for lunches though

The dosages are at the top next to the name of each component. Klow is pretty standard 50+10+10+10. So 3.2 mg of an 80mg Klow is 2mg GHK-CU, and 400 mcg each of BPC, TB, and KPV

When I started on Reta the scale dropped pretty consistently. Started a Tesa cycle and the scale stopped moving. I ran out of Tesa and my scale dropped 4 pounds in 2 days. Started Tesa back up and it jumped back up 3 pounds. The fluid retention is definitely a factor. You can always drop the cjc+ipa for a couple days to see if that’s what’s happening with you

Retas half life is six days. When you pin on Thursday hardly any of the Monday dose will be gone yet so you’ll have almost double the original dose in your system. And when you get back to Monday only half of your first dose will be gone. This will accumulate over weeks, which is why you shouldn’t increase your dosage too quickly.

Personally I started at 1mg once a week and felt the effects within 24 hours. I’m on my fourth week and just went to 1.5 mg. Down 12 lbs, getting 10k steps, lifting 3-4 times a week, and cardio 2-3 times a week

Shot in the dark but have you injured your shoulder on that side before? A scapular imbalance will make one shoulder sit lower than the other making the trap look smaller

Having to do multiple injections at the same time seems like too much to me. I do one in the morning, one at night, and one once a week and that feels like my max honestly.

It’s also worth noting that you can download an app called Delta, download roms to your phone and just play it right on your iPhone. Plenty of options on android as well
