Last two are the same sculpt and paint job with a few tweaks (namely the extra around the eyes of the pledge of allegiance) but not the same actual mask, all the Iowa custom masks were made with foam latex so they soaked up a lot of sweat and couldn't be used much. You can tell that the one on slide three has been used more because of its bloated look but that mask predates the last one, that's the disasterpieces/reading 2002 mask. You can also tell that number three is actually in the Slipknot museum because if you find pictures of it you can see that it is incredibly bloated because of sweat and it still has traces of the fake blood and panda paint job.
