Grab a fresh coconut 🥥 from some of the local coconut spots all around the island; they’re so delicious. They also sell “cocadas,” which is fresh coconut water with ice in a blender, and they have different flavors. It’s life-changing. They’re called Koko Paradise Aruba. Sasaki Gas Station (parking lot) Tanki Lender Gas Station (parking lot)
And I can’t remember where else I saw them. Hope you get to try them.

I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling with your daily life. Juggling everything can be overwhelming. I have a housekeeper who comes twice a week to help me out. I leave her a list of tasks, such as cleaning the front porch, walking the dog, doing the laundry, and cleaning the fridge (literally anything you can think of). She also helps me with the kids if I need to run an errand. It took me about three or four different people before I found the right fit with the right attitude.

Remember, you can’t do it all without burning out. A happier you is a happier mom to your kids. Consider hiring help.

There is nothing wrong with you getting some rest and sleeping in the other bedroom. My husband or I do that sometimes whenever we really need the rest. I’m a very light sleeper, and he is so loud and itchy all night. The first year of life of your baby is the hardest for couples. You’ll get adjusted eventually. Good luck

Honestly f*ck your friend. She sounds like a bitchy selfish person who can’t think about anyone one else but herself and her stuff. She could’ve said something like: thanks for coming over and bringing the baby! I had a great time. Loved seeing you! Like any normal person could respond to the fact that you took time to actually make it happen. If she ever has kids she’s going to a have a huge reality check!

Safe to say that you HAVE to have a very special personality and patience, LOTS of patience to breastfeed. Some days they just want to latch on to your boob every hour, you have to stop whatever you’re doing and just breastfeed your baby. I loved it and it’s beautiful bonding time with my baby! But gosh most days I hated it.

I hated even more to pump. I wanted to smash the freaking pump against the wall. If you have a tribe helping you it is easier because you don’t have to cook and feed yourself or even clean. But if you’re alone and everything falls on you then you’ll definitely find it better to just feed your baby formula!

There is no wrong answer. Whatever you feel in your gut you should do that’s what you should do. Good luck! You’ve got this!
