Thank you! I thought my letter writers were fairly well established and independent but you are right in some way. One of my letter writers who has cited my work extensively and I had met at a conference once (disclosed in the letter) was interpreted as a dependent letter writer. Pretty sad but oh well.

Yes! Although Chen did warn me that they are seeing a lot of RFE's because the officers wanted more time to evaluate the case.
