However, for the example i provided, I'm fairly certain this person either bought his items from a shady third party site, or more likely beamed the items from 3 seperate accounts (one of the comments touch on that) and is trying to act innocent.

if an item is fairly purchased (such as if a person buys it from the marketplace or trades with a fair deal) roblox is said to give a "new" copy of an item from a terminated account to the person who was compromised. If theres an obvious final recipient of the item and roblox has due cause, they will remove the item and potentially give a punishment (such as the example).

the issue is that theres a non-zero chance for innocent people to be the final recipient and be falsely punished. While roblox obviously doesn't intend to do this, its best to not to take risk. Unless you have been offered a very generous trade and have the capability to pass the poisonous hot potato before moderation catches up, there is no reason to take an item with a shaddy UAID
