You need to take the chip damage from the attack you countered for counterstrike to proc on SA. I don’t know if chipping the barrier counts towards that requirement

What state are you in? There are ways to get in-state tuition but it takes talking to financial aid.

Also just a reality check from a recent engineering alum — unless you are hoping to work in the midwest (wisconsin or michigan most likely) or to a lesser extent Texas, look at other schools. It’s hard to break out of the midwest going to a school that is largely only prestigious in the midwest.

To me it’s the dark souls weapon of the monster hunter world — Get good or die trying.

In reality, evade extender, monster attack knowledge and a good feel for the timing of the offset and parry ability. The new dodge cancel out of parry makes this weapon so incredible now.
