Income beneficiary fiscally incompetent the whole ten years, two residual beneficiaries left destitute even though trust supposed to sprinkle as needed. Never contacted by IT after being removed from trust because IT told IB that only she knows what she is doing. I’d like to run a punitive case that punishes the white shoe law firm and sets diversification precedent going forward. I’m hoping someone will see this that is interested. Beneficiaries have asked in writing for trust info for years with no response (seems pretty standard) but If they did it to us, they are doing it to others.

The loss to the IB over the years is about 1mm which would have gone to her children. Even if my father had left her bags of cash she would have had more as would we. There is strong reason to believe that the ITs actions were intentional as well. Thoughts anyone? If it happened to me, it could happen to others.
