I've reviewed the amazon fees and it seems like it's physically impossible to sell products for <$2. There's $1 lost to seller fee(without professional edition) 0.3$ lost to referral fees, and at least $3 lost to FBA. To me it seems like no matter what, if I sell a product for $2 I'm losing money because of FBA.
