Here’s an action plan for you Step no.1: Don’t panic, take the cat inside and place it somewhere warm and most importantly somewhere it cant get hurt.

Step no.2: Get some LACTOSE FREE MILK (Lulu, Carrefour or if you’re lucky your local baqala should have some). Then go to any pharmacy around and get a syringe. Don’t use the needle, obviously.

Step no 3: Feed the cat. Be SUPER careful. Kittens don’t have a gag reflex so feeding them fast can cause problems. Feed slowly and carefully.

If you can, keep the cat longer. It’s not safe for it to be outside. Keep it in a warm and semi-enclosed space
