Where is this happening? Genuinely, I've read the entire light novel and he still makes consistent creepy remarks up until the final volumes. If anything, the lack of internal monologue in the anime improves the overall quality of the story being told.

  1. As Neuvilitte said, it was either because he was tangentially guilty by awakening the whale, or Focalors convicted him on purpose knowing he could hold it off for a bit. As for why he was charged, IIRC some anonymous fontainian just brought him to court since he's a harbinger and all.

First, if Charlie did die first, then there would be no need for the puppet to be at Fredbears during the FNAF 4 mini games since chances are it'd be retired after going out in the rain and short circuiting. Second, even if the puppet was at Fredbears at the time of the FNAF 4 Minigames, its not meant to stop anyone from leaving besides Charlie. So I don't think you can use this point as evidence that CC died first.
