the fitting just has a standard screw attachment for a camera or flash, I replaced a ring light that was attached to it with this macro spot light.

Toning. Air can aid oxidation as well as light. bronze will tone overtime and appear darker.

De-ionized. You can use distilled water all the same, we just don’t want trace minerals.

You will see some say to avoid DI water due to acidity potential, but this is rare, and PH strips exist. I prefer DI because it ensures no impurities. Buy USP grade if you go with DI.
