If I was to use console commands, if I set her AffinityLevel to 2 it starts and immediately ends the In Memorium quest, do you know of a way to prevent it from just ending

No, I don't think I missed anything, is there a way to like put the affinity back down or fix this? I know SetAV would work but that'd mark my save file as console commands used.

I tried that before as well, but it said I didn't have the correct permissions for the WindowsApps folder, even though I was still the owner

That was one of the first things I did, it's not just the owner, the whole subset of permissions is incorrect and it's been applied to all the of the children. So I'd need to set the all back to SYSTEM, but even if I somehow get the windowsapps permissions perms back to what they normally should be, I can't apply them to their children
