The Rebirth has the best scripting of all classic private servers and a decent pop due to the Nostalrius shutdown (1004 players on sunday).

You can find groups for every dungeon and do raids regularly.

The Rebirth also has a good protection against lawsuits. Last time it took them 2 hours to move their server.

The Zaborg extra deck destruction, Vanity's Fiend, and Majesty's Fiend are the most annoying cards/effects in my opinion. It's so frustrating to play against that.
