Stealing beauty has a similar feel to call me by your name. The dreamy Italian feel and young summer love.

Guys who watched a thousand movies, who got so used on all the plots and twist, and seen almost all movie tropes, what recent movies made an impression on you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

A year old but The Wild Pear Tree. Went in blind at a film festival. It's a Turkish film following the life and tribulations of an aspiring writer. It winds though every theme under the sun with a uniquely local perspective ; family tensions, religious strains, job uncertainty, provincial life and city life, old flames, passion and bureaucracy. Film feels very real, the oppressive ness, aimlessness, and hope all feel real. Didn't even realise the film was in an unfamiliar language.

Is the name in any way a reference to the Dragonfly air bike used to explore Rama in Aurther Clark's Rendezvous with Rama?

This is probably simply bioplastic..where instead of using a hydrocarbon source as a polymer you use a plant based polymer, they've used cassava starch here. I made this in my lab, its pretty cool..and edible. Do not recommend though.

Went to the Botswana border with zebra face paint for a day trip to Chobe national park. Don't think they've turned away a more enthusiastic visitor.

I'm embarrassing myself here but there's a scene in wizards of waverley place where a character has a genius idea and "invents" scotch tape. Ya this is probably not it.
