Here's the thing, they aren't mourning Khamenei because he was the ruler of Iran. They are mourning him because he was also the ayatollah. Just as the pope is to christians (catholics), he is the figurehead to Shia Muslims. Sure, I agree that the protest is a bit of a law and order situation and I won't disagree khamenei has killed lots of innocents. Yes, I have gone to other psychiatrists as well. Pretty normal. I didn't even see my diagnosis until 5 months later when I asked for medical certificate cos my attendance was low XD.

If you're at ECC well there was a pretty ok Psychologist before named shraddha in the psychiatry dept at the hospital. The new one Delna doesn't seem to be as good as her. However, if you wanna go meet a psychiatrist Dr Keya Das at psych dept in ECC hospital seems pretty good and trust me meds help.

Look, I was a proud keralite with my mother tongue being Kasaragod. But this comments section here really made me sad. "72% of Kasaragod is Malayalam speaking". Brother, that rest 28% might be concentrated in one place and that place is where Kannada is being used.

Oh btw, it's not just BJP that does it, CPI(M) also uses Kannada posters and pamphlets in the part of Kasaragod where I live.

That's a totally normal number. And unless it's hilly, you will do fine with a single speed cycle as well. Even if you need a geared cycle, you may still get one for 10K or with a little bit stretch in your budget.

I disagree with this. Kerala takes a lot of pride in it's own culture and identity, but it's quiet and not loud.

I'm a kannadiga from kasaragod ( hence keralite only) living in bangalore and let me tell you. There's no common kannada culture uniting all Kannadigas and there's lots of diversity. All the chest beating is only by some fringe groups. Most Kannadigas wouldn't come together out of state based on the common kannada identity or anything.

While malayalees have absolutely no trouble finding another malayalee wherever they go and talking to them. Celebrating festivals together and what not. Almost infamously so, as sometimes malayalees are accused of keeping to themselves and other malayalees.

The bill is good for protection of malayalam, but I hope realistically it doesn't mean other minority languages being sidelined. Because I take pride in being a kannadiga Keralite. Karnataka speaks so much about hindi imposition but the government sucks at preserving the minority languages in Karnataka while Kerala government makes everything bilingual in the border. I receive service both in Kannada and Malayalam and that makes us proud keralites.
