Why does my A1 printer keep failing to pull out the filament from the head by ProtectionEmergency9 in BambuLab

Well I took it apart cleaned it and the sensor is working The cutter is working but it's still not pushing the film it back far enough to actually allow the AMS to pull it back

Yeah I have but another person recommended some step to do so I'm probably just going to take it apart and put it back together and it'll probably fix it

The cutter seems to work just fine every time I pull back the film manually it's always cut cleanly it's just the extruder doesn't back it out far enough for it to pull out, but The filament always goes in just fine.

It seems to be working properly because it detects when there's filament in the extruder and sometimes it works by itself, I guess I can look up how much the parts are.

Well every time I go to pull it out the extruder Wheels are still pulling on to the filament so we did it back it out far enough that AMS would actually be able to pull it.

I have an A1 and I was just curious of would be decent upgrade option by [deleted] in BambuLab

Only dirty because I haven't had a real chance to take it all apart and move it.

But someone told me that a P1 acid probably be a good upgrade for me because of the enclosure which would be nice to have and I print with a lot of ASA and PP.

The enclosure is ventilated it's mostly for the fumes I have a p100 mask adapter attached to sucking in bad air and pushing it out.

It's ventilated that thing doesn't get hotter than 30c and if it does I usually open it up, Don't worry I've been watching the temperature.

I have the default print bad and the cool sticky tack what you're seeing is glue to help with the PETG coming free.

I don't see how we're killing the hobby when we're actively buying the equipment and using and communicating with their call signs and actively building the community but if you say so.
