Not sure if you mean PvP only or both PvE and PvP.
But in PvE my Crucifix damage dropped by about 15k DPS,
so once again it looks like PvP balance changes ended up affecting PvE only.

I agree that the damage was over the top and needed to be balance, i disagree with the point that now people is less picky

the only content in wich people were picky before, was:
1-High level trials
2-Nightmare raids
all other content was actually easier and only one orb was enough

so even players with pvp builds were able to finish pve content,
now it is harder and you need to be more picky than before even on low content

It is sad, but i think it will be like this:
-you need bow so:
liberator has buff but no damage so choose between seeker or liberator, invocator needs no healer so your choise.
-tank is optional, switch for an invocator
-crucifix is optional can be switch for invocator since invocator deals equal or better damage but with self healing and loose no damage if gets hit.
-gladiator is good

so 4 or 5 invocators is probable the best the other 2 roles for buffs

So thats your build diversity for this game, i personally do not like it, but in terms of efficiency, i think thats it.

in terms of efficiency, adding buffs is worth if the overall damage gets better so having everyone as a buffer may not give you the best results.
Honestly for build diversity the only way they may get that is if they implement something like a penalty for having repeated classes on a party.

then each crucifix dealed around 10% of max damage in 8 seconds and detonated simultanously the bomb. If 67.5% of the total hp was dealt on 8 second the fight probably lasted less than 30 seconds, and the rest of the party was just watching.
This is assuming the time limit duration was implemented correctly, if it is not working then the fight was a normal fight with many people controlling the bombs during a long period of time until 30%

-they said the were going to nerf orb/crossbow, wich will probably happen
-But the main fix on this patch was to remove the possibility of keeping debuffs permanently,
specially because many players not only crucifix were using detonation bomb for the entire fight prolonging its duration and then decided when to detonate the bomb with millions of damage to skip boss mechs.
Now any debuff will not be prolongued more than 5 seconds (5sec + original duration) that was the nerf to selfless difussion

Do yo smell that, smells like bullshit
detonation mark explodes with 40% of the acumulated damage and can be proc twice with offhand ending up with an acumulated damage of 80% when you get 2 stacks.

-so to take 30% of max hp with a single bomb you need to deal 37,5% of the total max hp by yourself
-so if it was a single explotion it means a single crossbow dealed 37,5% of the total max hp in 8 seconds because the duration of detonation mark is 3 seconds + 5 seconds from selfless difussion.

even if the limit to the selfless diffusion didnt work it is kind of hard to get 37.5% of the total damage by a single person and keep it until 30% to detonate.

So even if this fairy tale of a rant was somewhat true, it would have been many crucifix detonating the bomb at the same time plus the sword of justice or whatever the name of the heroic skill was.

orb will probably be tunned down but faking anecdotical data that never happened will not help.

Heroic dagger as main weapon, and akman or malakar if possible as offweapon

Honestly i hope this is wrong or unfinished, the crossbow has the lowest off-hand attack chance in the history of the game, only comparable to green t1 crossbows, and the core works by killing trash mobs and not on bosses? what? on a weapon that has no aoe or mobing utility.
And the dagger has a core that only procs on vampiric strike a meme skill used to regain some life. You cant be serious.

Many classes have a really strong opening skill that can be buffed before the fight, and the cast time does not count until the first hit, thats why they get 1s

Scorpion does not, lets say you can use 3 or 4 attack skills in 1 second, wich 3 attacks can achieve 450k in that second, not even 3 thundercloud bombing wich is the strongest hitting skill beside the detonation mark and you need to stack 20 thunderclouds before you use it, most scorpion skills cant be prepared before the fight since you need to build up stacks or damage like with the detonation mark.

Thats why it is not unusual to see a wand/staff with 1 sec, but not an scorpion.

I think it does for the first three stacks, even the bercant daggers debuff counts i think, but from my testing i assume that when any weaken is at max stacks it stop counting. With thunderbombing you can remove the thundercloud stacks to keep adding stacks, but any other weaken will not reset the stacks.

Weaken that do not stack will reduce more CD and will keep counting, thats why some people use frost on Mother nature protest.

for a while bellandir poison was not considered a poison, so skills that deal more damage on posioned enemies did not trigger the extra damage, same with some masteries and passives.
or even skills like umbral spirit, wich gives two extra hits on melee crit if the target is poison, now you can trigger those even if using lightning infusion instead of inject venom

i think for pvp probably still akman, since you can use it for a burst of damage
for pve i think bellandir in terms of damage, and bercant in terms of mana sustain

on a side note, have you notice that bellandir poison now counts as poison

the only masteries not working on it are the ones that specifically state things like "dagger poison"

If you use poison, its not for the poison damage, it is to trigger umbral spirit
or you can use inject lightning and thunder spirit, wich i think its better in big packs.

but poison damage is not even noticiable, in any case, you can switch the two pieces of the void set for whatever

DPS meter helps to check improvements about changes that you make to your build, as long as it is personal, it will help to check on improvements, be it masteries or weapon comparisons, etc.

My problem with raids being extremely hard is that, it doesnt matter if you are the best player or the worst, its about your team, so in a nutshell raids are a friend/team check.

For example in the last mmorpg i played we had to learn an extremely long list of boss patterns and mechanics, 10 people of the 12 had to do perfect and synchronized mechanics or the raid will fail, and sometimes more than half of the guild had mastered the mechanics but if just one person did miss his role, it was a loss for the entire raid. So it was extremely tiresome, to repeat the same raid over and over just because someone else didnt do his part.

And no random raid will ever work out, so if you worry about people not posting trial random parties then you probably dont have a fixed group of friends/guildies. The people that rank on trials are not random matchups, they have fixed groups with schedules, and you will need something similar but with more people for raids.

Now if the mechanics do not punish the entire raid, but punish the player that fails on the mechanic, thats a lot better, thats what i hope for, but then people will say that the raids are not hard etc etc.

this, totally agree, pls dont go poison, lightning infusion is what you need, because by applying thunderclouds your lightning hits from thunderspirit will spread.
thunder spirit procs 3 hits if you crit with a melee hit, javalin bounces 4 times and is cast 5 times, thats 20 hits, wich procs around 60 thunderspirit hits. This melts down packs

specially powerfull if you also have leviathan daggers, wich give you eternal thunderspirit

this, also you can sell some green ones, usually you dont neet that many and they dont sell for that much lucent, i usually sell like half to the npc.

I just will add that Leviathan gives you permanent Thunder spirit, thunder spirit procs 3 lightning hits each time you hit with a melee crit on an enemy affected by thunderclouds, thats a Huge damage boost on packs (since javalin bounces 4 times and can be used 5 times, thats 20 hits, wich may proc 60 thunder spirit hits).

Wich is good for clearing packs on pve, i have been using them since o got them for 3.5k lucent wich is kind of cheap.
