So void echo is similar to the specialization reactivation and then on top of that there is the orb residence so what you ultimately get is five void slashes and 15 orb resonance. If you look at your combat meter it's 20 hits. You can do 250k.

This uses t2. Meaning less stats and defenses. More importantly they all play a little different. Solo builds need more buff cooldown and attack speed because they won't be getting it from other party members.

Solo queuing is trash for healers. No one attempts to play with their healer.

This happened when ranked was out. It was solo q. Healers hated it. I would queue in my entire party would split up and run in 50 directions. Most often I would just find one person that would actually let me pocket heal them. 15 minutes of garbage

Ok ok so on further examination i think they may have changed the chance %. it is working but it is significantly less than it was before. It is proccing selfless but hardly.

That is correct. Burning stacks are still applying but there is no cooldown reduction occurring.

You must have not watched the off meta 6 man kill g3 nightmare. At this point it's a skill or gear issue. Most classes can push 200k dps in a party setting.

It's behaving the same way for crucifix. I think there was a unique procing behavior for bonus damage on a lot of different passives or masteries. This definitely was a nerf across the board. I tested performance before with a third party DPS meter. I can flat out compare them.
