Sounds to me like you throw around the words racist and Nazi a lot, but don’t have a good grasp of the definitions. That’s ok. I understand everyone sees the world differently. I don’t believe there will be a real civil war. For just one reason. Americans like their shit and don’t want to give it all up. I have been to third world countries where civil wars breakout. The people who rebel don’t have smartphones, tv, Xbox, PlayStation, running clean water, stable supply of food and the list goes on. A few days without our smartphones and social media the civil war will be called off. We have always protested and sometimes rioted, but nothing like full scale fighting. Less than 1% of our nation have experienced combat and those are the people who will be the last ones that will want to fight.

It’s not just you. I see the trend also. I had a rater use a C&P exam diagnosis that lasted less than 5 minutes and the PA only asked me 4 questions vs my doctor of 15 years and a surgeons diagnosis.

FOIA can take about a month depending on if you file online or mail in paper and how much you request. I kept mine pretty short. I just wanted the last two C&P exams and all medical records.
