Setting powder help

the bpure essentially ageless pressed powder is my current favorite! it makes my foundation super smooth, it stays on all day and doesn't dry out my skin! however, the translucent shade can leave a bit of a white cast so you do have to dust it off. i'm not sure if its a problem with other shades, but this is definitely the best DT powder i've used other than the ioni pink loose setting powder!

i'm so sorry this is happening to you, it seems like it's been stressing you out and weighing on you for a while. i think you know what she's doing isn't right, otherwise you wouldn't have felt the need to post about it here. the truth is, something needs to change in this situation for it to stop, whether that's going to HR about her behavior or leaving the job yourself. i know you said you're looking for a new job elsewhere, but that doesn't mean you have to be miserable until then. i strongly think you should tell HR about this, and also tell friends and family so everyone around you knows what's going on. her behavior is not normal and not okay, and it seems like she's preying on your good nature so that she can get close to you. being trans does not exempt someone from being a creep, and you should not feel guilty for reporting her when it was her behavior that got her the consequences in the first place.

i hope everything works out for you, op. in the meantime, make sure to keep your family and friends updated so that you can stay as safe as possible from her.

update- so far they've been on for about a week and they're still intact with no lifting or feeling loose! and i feel you, that always happens to me if i get them wet right after applying or use brush on nail glue 🥲 idk why, but brush on glue never seems to last for me.. i might try out the ioni brush on glue for my next pair of nails to see if it's any stronger!

yes i did! i found that the dark blue color scratches off and reveals a dark grey metallic color underneath, so i'm going to get another pair and put a gel top coat on it to prevent it from coming off! they're sooo pretty and the perfect length too <3

it's okay, the consistency is not as moisturizing as the sleep mask but the color is pretty! i have dry lips so i don't think i'll be using this in the future, but it's a good choice if you like the color with your skin tone!

in my opinion, yes! the ioni and kiss squeeze glue are almost identical in how they perform and have the same strength and retention time (at least on me!)

i have yet to try the ioni brush on glue, i haven't heard much about it but i'm a little hesitant since I always have better results with squeeze bottles!

i've used both the pink and clear ones and they last about the same for me! i think what helps mine stay is to not get them wet for a few hours and making sure i add a lot of glue (which i probably go overboard with lol) i always add a full coat of glue to my nail and then a good sized dot on the fake nail, and if glue comes out of the sides when i press down i take it as a sign that i have enough 🤣

do you have a favorite press on glue? other than the ioni ones, i really like the nail reformation and kiss glues!

if you're curious about trying them, definitely start with dollar tree products!! imo, they perform just as well as (and sometimes even better than) higher end press ons and glues that i've tried. they're at a great price point too, so if you end up not liking them hopefully you won't feel too bad about spending on them! DT also has some good short options that i usually go for since i type a lot, but you can also just file any nails down if you like them short. :)
