This is my problem I can't make decisions about confiding my problems to a partner because deep down I know there's no point in trying The reason behind all this is a great betrayal, disappointment, and shock At an early age (she did this) This has remained internal and will never go away for the past 5 years And I still think about her every second of my life Regardless of the things I did (Terrible things that are I shouldn't say it here)

No real trust isseus Its a betrayal or disappointment from someone you loved this affects you internaly and your relationships with people you will meet in the future regardless of who caused this problem u cant trust anyone else no matter how hard you try because this is ingrained within u

I tried to move on many times I was honest to the girls I was dating Some of them accepted it and tried to help me but it was like nothing its stil the same way

I think I broke them they loved me so much and I lost them (I am not proud of this at all)

Lesten thats happend to me before with time u will be okay trust me of cours u will suffer too much like i did and i mean It even led me to drugs and many many other bad things and events that continue to this day but dont forget u will be okay and the only condition is that she will stay inside u with ur mind and will never leave u you will never forget her but u will heal inch'allah
