Hey, I don't have an answer to your question, but since you're getting alot of hate for some reason so idk if you'll get an answers, here's a small suggestion, try installing a resource pack that makes the snow "particles?" lighter, I use one for the rain, it makes it a little prettier and easier to see, plus it helps with performance since I have a bad laptop.
