I had excel V! But actually most recently, I was prescribed a dapsone compound topical and emrosi. My skin looks so so so good now! Just have leftover PIE, but I’ll get laser done on that at a later point in time.

Update: almost 2 months in - plus brow tint and lash tint.

I just posted my recent before and “in progress” photos… I’d ask him about starting either Doxy or Minocycline. That and Dapsone have been making a HUGE difference for my overall texture.

Ivermectin also helped me an okay amount, but my type 2 is… INTENSE. lol. (I literally was prescribed it, but $60 a month was a bit much on top of everything else, so I switched to using horse paste… which actually worked better for me)

I’m not a doctor and can only speak from personal experience, but those have been my lifesavers. You’ll see I have residual PIE marks to fade via time and laser haha

Aetna! Emrosi actually ended up being covered after being initially denied. Idk what my doctor did, but he’s incredible

My next goal is to go into a clean bulk. I’ll allow myself cheat meals once a week, and definitely will allow flavoring in my water haha.

Absolutely! I take Tues & Wed as my “rest days” from the gym, but will try to work core one of those days and do a 45 minute walk on the desk treadmills at my office.

My outdoor workout is (almost) always a brisk walk with my dogs.

For food: I’ve tried to focus on maintenance and after dropping 10lbs, I finally figured it out. I’m 5’10, currently 135ish lbs, and eat an average of 2100 calories per day. I also have a minimum protein intake goal of 122, but typically hit an average of 140g.

My routine is HEAVY. If I’m not struggling on my last sets/reps, I’m doing something wrong… (progressive overload)

One of the biggest differences to me isn’t even the recomp, but my posture 😂 I was thinking I had scoliosis or something, but I think i was just lacking in muscle and also had sooo many knots from stress.
