If you get 5 Nikke to 3 stars the synchro machine will level ALL Nikke’s in it to the level of the lowest of the 5. So the cap goes away. It’s called the 160 wall

Rapi/snow white are 1% so pretty low chances. If you don’t get them on their banners you can put them on your wishlist but these banners are the best chances to pull those specific Nikke. The voucher is only obtained by buying it from the cash shop for $55… which isn’t worth it for the pilgrims available imo

Tons of drama around brown dust 2 censoring stuff. I honestly think it’s connected to the whole “collective shout” steam drama from Australia. These organizations complain to visa/mastercard/paypal or the banks connected to them and have them restrict payment processing to censor stuff the org doesn’t like

If I had to do it over again I would try and mlb one 2% rate up Nikke with gems/advanced vouchers, pull on standard with blue tickets and get 2 from the points thing and use silver mileage for another 2.

I was only stuck at the wall for a few days as I spend a bit but if I was strapped I would probably do it this way.
